Your order will be sent through PostNL. You will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail. This allows you on the site of PostNL to track your package.
5 EXCHANGE & RETURN
5.1 Can I exchange or return articles?
All our products have a trial period of 14 calendar days. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order. Click here for the exchange or return procedure.
5.2 Where can I drop off my return package?
A return package can be delivered at the nearest post office.
5.3 Who pays the shipping costs for a return shipment?
The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense and risk. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will be refused.
5.4 How should I pack the return items?
If possible, return items should be returned to us in the undamaged original packaging.
